Reduced customer contacts through engineering — Worked full-stack to eliminate product issues that drove support volume. Provided data analysis for customer experience and carrier reconciliation.

Built and led a production team of nine — Managed one project manager and eight developers. Established engineering culture: coding standards, testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
